雖然我實在不想再一直擔心H1N1的事,

(事實上....也已經比較不擔心了,因為有其他的事要擔心

但是今天看到這一篇,覺得很好,還是轉貼一下,

大家沒事也看一下,學著做,應該有幫助。

While you are still healthy and not showing any symptoms of H1N1 infection,in order to
prevent proliferation, aggravation of symptoms and development of secondaryinfections,
some very simple steps - not fully highlighted in most official communications- can be
practiced (instead of focusing on how to stock N95 or Tamiflu):
當你身體健康,尚未出現H1N1感染症狀時,你可以用以下幾種間單的方式來
避免少量的H1N1病毒在你體內(如果有接觸到的話)繁殖、出現病症、及惡化
成二期感染:


1. Frequent hand-washing (well highlighted in all official communications).
 常洗手

2. "Hands-off-the-face" approach. Resist all temptations to touchany part of face
(unless you want to eat or bathe).
  手絕不碰臉...除非是洗臉


3. Gargle twice a day with warm salt water (use Listerine if you don'ttrust salt).
H1N1 takes 2-3 days after initial infection in the throat/ nasal cavityto proliferate
and show characteristic symptoms. Simple gargling prevents proliferation.In a way,
gargling with salt water has the same effect on a healthy individual thatTamiflu has on
an infected one. Don't underestimate this simple, inexpensive and powerfulpreventative
method.
每天用溫鹽水(或李斯德林漱口水)漱口二次。H1N1在鼻喉腔內經過2-3天
才開始增生並出現症候,簡單的鹽水漱口可以抑制病毒繁衍,等於是健康人
的克流感,千萬不要小看這簡單的步驟。

4. Similar to 3 above, clean your nostrils at least once every day withwarm salt
water. Not everybody may be good at Jala Neti or Sutra Neti (very goodYoga asanas to
clean nasal cavities), but blowing the nose hard once a day and swabbingboth nostrils
with cotton buds dipped in warm salt w
ater is very effective in bringing down viral
population.
同上,每天用溫鹽水清洗鼻孔至少一次,吸口氣用力將鼻內物質噴出,最後
以棉花棒沾溫鹽水清潔鼻孔。這對降低鼻中的病毒量非常有效


5. Boost your natural immunity with foods that are rich in Vitamin C (Amlaand other
citrus fruits). If you have to supplement with Vitamin C tablets, makesure that it also
has Zinc to boost absorption.
充份的營養和維他命C以增加免疫力


6. Drink as much of warm liquids as you can. Drinking warm liquids hasthe same
effect as gargling, but in the reverse direction. They wash off proliferatingviruses
from the throat into the stomach where they cannot survive, proliferateor do any harm.
多喝溫開水或熱湯,功效和漱口一樣,只是方向相反。
沖到胃裏的病毒是無法生存的

7. All these are simple ways to
prevent, within means of most households, and
certainly much less painful than to wait in long queues outside publichospitals.
這些都是在家裏就做得到的簡便預防法,遠比痛苦的在醫院候診
好得多。
